  4. Dyslipidemia was defined as one of the following conditions; a previous diagnosis of elevated lipid profiles, current use of statins or lipid-lowering medications, TG ≥ 150 mg/dl, TC ≥ 200 mg/dl, HDL-C < 50 mg/dl or LDL-C ≥ 130 mg/dl according to the NCEP-ATP (III) guidelines.
